We're looking for a CNC Machinist / Powermill Programmer who's ready to advance their skills and take on complex, high-precision work.

What You'll Do

  • Program and operate 5-axis CNC machines (Hermle experience is a plus)
  • Create and optimize Powermill programs for precision components
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T specifications
  • Plan machining sequences, set up tooling, and configure workholding systems (FPT/FCS knowledge preferred)
  • Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and keep your workspace safe and organized

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a Powermill Programmer
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience programming and operating 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines
  • Familiar with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls
  • Experience with Hermle machines and Erowa pallet systems (asset)
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
