Position Summary

Technicut Tool (TCT), a Delva Tool & Machine (DTM) company, is seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist for our Windsor, Ontario location. If you are looking for an organization and career that will match your strong work ethic and passion for success, Technicut Tool is a great place to start 

*This position works Monday thru Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm. The pay range for this position is between $ $31.00 per hour depending on experience*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform simple set-ups and operate CNC lathe machines under supervision.
  • Perform and record first article inspections of parts.
  • Create and edit machine programs (familiarity with Mazak/Fanuc a plus).
  • Maintain control of manufacturing documentation (example: Planning, drawings, sketches, specifications, set-up sheets, etc.).

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • High School/GED or equivalent education.
  • 3+ years of machine shop experience or a combination of work experience and vocational training is required.
  • Prior experience with Mazak/Fanuc/DMG machines is a plus.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English is required.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to produce precision work.
  • Position available to Canadian Citizens or Canadian Permanent Residents ONLY.
