Job Description

  • Operate CNC boring millmachines (Heidenhain and Fanuc controls preferred)
  • Load and remove molds using an overhead crane
  • Set up work for machining, including: Squaring up, Clamping, Eyebolts, plates, and roughing
  • Experience with Fastmill (FCS) plates is an asset
  • Review and edit programs (Cimatron experience an asset)
  • Communicate tooling and machining needs to the CNC Manager and Shop Foreman
  • Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards

  • Previous boring mill experience required
  • Strong organizational skills with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Accountable, dependable, and a strong communicator
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work days and afternoons
