Pay: $19.50–$23.00/hour, depending on experience

Your Role

As our Part-Time Daily Operations Manager, you'll keep the studio on track each day, managing schedules, ensuring a five-star client experience, and helping us reach our weekly and monthly goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintain studio flow
• Track goals for bookings, memberships, and sales
• Support and motivate the beauty team
• Handle scheduling, client inquiries, and basic reporting
• Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors
• Keep the studio organized, welcoming, and efficient
• Communicate daily updates and improvements to management

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, appointment flow, and staff coordination
• Motivate and support team members to achieve sales and service goals
• Maintain top-tier client satisfaction and handle inquiries and memberships professionally
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier communication
• Track performance metrics (appointments, sales, memberships, etc.)
• Support payroll organization and basic reporting
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional studio environment
• Communicate daily updates and suggestions for improvement to management

What We're Looking For...

• Experience in the beauty, spa, or medical aesthetics industry (required)
• Proven reliability and time management, you're always on top of things
• Goal-driven mindset: loves tracking progress and meeting weekly/monthly objectives
• Strong leadership and people skills, positive energy is a must
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure
• A "solutions, not excuses" attitude

Schedule

• Part-time (20–25 hours/week)
• Monday to Friday + occasional Saturday mornings
• Ideal core hours: 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Salary & Goals

• Starting at $19.50/hour, up to $23.00/hour max depending on experience and performance
• Weekly and monthly goals will be set for service volume, client satisfaction, and studio organization
