Role Description

We are seeking experienced Insurance Advisors
 to join our team 
across Canada
.

This role is ideal for advisors who already know how to sell but want to operate within a 
clear, organized, and scalable system
, without the friction of managing everything alone.

You will continue to grow 
your own book of business
, while leveraging our infrastructure to reduce administrative workload, improve follow-up consistency, and maintain compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional insurance and financial advice tailored to client needs.
  • Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships.
  • Utilize structured workflows for onboarding, needs analysis, follow-ups, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Active LLQP license
     (or in progress).
  • Prior experience as an insurance advisor is 
    strongly preferred
    .
  • Comfortable operating independently within a structured environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Multilingual abilities
