Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Toronto, ON for a Life and Health Insurance Advisor. In this role, the advisor will provide personalized life and health insurance solutions to clients, offer exceptional customer service, and conduct consultations to assess their needs. The advisor will also educate clients about health and wellness promotion and ensure that their insurance products align with their long-term goals. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships and staying up to date with industry knowledge to support clients effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide excellent service
  • Ability to provide Training and guidance on insurance products and related services
  • Knowledge or interest in Health Promotion and Wellness, aiding clients to achieve their personal and financial well-being
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an asset
  • Completion of or willingness to obtain life and health insurance licensing
