We are seeking a dedicated and passionate High School Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards in subjects such as Math, English, Science and Social Studies.
- Provide tutoring and additional support to students requiring extra assistance, including those with special education needs or disabilities.
- Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and classroom participation; adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, inclusivity, and motivation for all students.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance educational programs and address individual student needs.
- Incorporate technology into lessons to enhance learning experiences and develop students' computer skills.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while encouraging student engagement and participation.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and subject matter updates.
Skills
- Strong teaching skills with experience in tutoring students across various subjects
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse student populations.
- Classroom experience with a focus on working with children of different learning styles and abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) along with strong computer skills for lesson planning and record keeping.
- Knowledge of special education principles and experience working with students with disabilities or special needs is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Leadership qualities that foster a collaborative classroom environment; ability to inspire students' interest in learning.
- Writing skills for creating clear lesson plans, assessments, and progress reports. This position is ideal for educators committed to making a difference in students' lives through innovative teaching methods and compassionate support.

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
