Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot software issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Assist in the implementation of new software and technologies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
  • Participate in performance reviews and set personal development goals.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions for users on new technologies.
  • Utilize pipelines to track and report on project progress.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.
  • Assist in troubleshooting network issues and connectivity problems.
  • Analyze user feedback to improve IT services.
  • Provide feedback on system improvements and user experience.

Experience/Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical support and troubleshooting software issues.
  • Commitment to personal development and continuous learning.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with project management pipelines for tracking progress.
  • Ability to assist in software implementation and technology adoption.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
  • Ability to monitor system performance and troubleshoot network issues.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining IT documentation.
  • Analytical skills to gather and respond to user feedback.
  • Experience conducting user training sessions on new technologies.
