**Job Purpose**:
Dana’s Finance organization is passionate about delivering strategic and tactical value to Dana’s business operations through its various financial disciplines. The finance leadership team has a strong vision of building a world-class finance organization that is fully aligned with the business, driving shareholder value through timely, relevant, and accurate information.

This position will provide financial and analytical support to Dana’s Boucherville Finance Leadership team, as well as the Dana Electrification Finance team.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Job Description - Key Responsibilities**

Overall, this person will assist in Boucherville finance activities as well as supporting the Global EV finance team.
- Coordinate with corporate and BU teams to support month end close
- Support the Finance Manager for Boucherville in leading operational and tactical projects including audit remediation plans, process narrative creation, SAP support post go live, Analysis, Budget, Forecast, etc.
- Perform standard and ad hoc analyses, providing insightful views into the business
- Support/drive the implementation of R&D tracking process improvements across the global EV team
- Support new EV facility launches as needed
- Support planning and forecast processes - consolidation, analytics and reporting for an EV tech center entity
- Prepare and contribute to other executive presentations, special projects, or ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting as requested by Senior Management
