About the Role

The Clinic Support Coordinator plays a vital role in keeping the clinic running smoothly. This flexible, "all-hands" position supports the clinical team by assisting with day-to-day operational tasks. From sterilization and room turnover to managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment, the Clinic Support Coordinator ensures that patient care and daily operations never skip a beat.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Operations Support

  • Help in sterilization and infection control processes.
  • Flip rooms quickly and efficiently to keep the schedule on track.
  • Step in as a Level 1 assistant when required.

Inventory & Equipment Management

  • Maintain and organize clinical supply inventory.
  • Track usage and submit supply orders as needed.
  • Receive, label, and rotate stock to reduce waste.
  • Monitor and coordinate routine equipment maintenance and repairs.

General Clinic Support

  • Float to areas of highest need throughout the day.
  • Provide coverage for unexpected absences or high-volume periods.
  • Assist with special projects or team initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to step into many roles as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a dental setting is an asset (DA Level 1 experience preferred but not required).
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support wherever the team needs.
