The organization also delivers some province‑wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations. Position Overview The incumbent is responsible for providing clerical support to the Manager – Clinical Engineering, including processing job postings and related paperwork. Coordinates appointment calendar for the Manager(s), arranges meetings, records minutes, and carries out follow‑up actions. The incumbent is responsible for customer communication regarding contracts, invoices, booking on‑site service, and any associated questions. Certification/Licensure/Registration Not applicable Qualifications And Skills Typing 50 wpm, medical terminology (pass mark 75%) required. Knowledge of personal computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and decision‑making skills required. Must have excellent English communication skills, both oral and written. Preference will be given to those applicants competent in an Indigenous language and/or knowledge in Indigenous customs, beliefs and practices.
