Plant Manager

We're looking for an experienced Plant Manager (5+years) to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will oversee production (scheduling, purchasing), quality, and supply chain performance while driving continuous improvement across the plant. They will have continuous improvement team member assistance.
This position requires strong leadership, mechanical knowledge, and proven experience with ERP and SQL systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily plant operations.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Ensure equipment reliability, maintenance, and safety compliance.
Oversee purchasing, scheduling, and material flow in coordination with supply chain teams.
Use ERP and SQL for data analysis, reporting, and operational decision-making.
Lead and develop a high-performing production team.
Qualifications
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in plant or operations management.
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
ERP and SQL experience required.
Background in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Pay: $85,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
