Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000 - $150,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively negotiate deals and maintain client relationships.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties.
  • Manage property listings and conduct market research to stay informed about trends.
  • Organize and coordinate property showings and open houses, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties involved.
  • Leverage bilingual abilities to assist a diverse clientele.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proven negotiation and marketing abilities
  • Experience in property management and administrative tasks
  • Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties effectively
  • A background in real estate or related fields is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
