**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: $50,000 - $150,000 per year

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

**Work Location**: Hybrid remote in Pointe-Claire, QC

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively negotiate deals and maintain client relationships.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties.
- Manage property listings and conduct market research to stay informed about trends.
- Organize and coordinate property showings and open houses, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties involved.
- Leverage bilingual abilities to assist a diverse clientele.

**Qualifications**
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven negotiation and marketing abilities
- Experience in property management and administrative tasks
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties effectively
- A background in real estate or related fields is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
