We are seeking a dynamic and motivated real estate broker to join our team at Montreal's Elite Real Estate Group. Our team of experts is based out of Pointe Claire, and we are dedicated to providing top-notch service to our clients in the Montreal and surrounding areas. At Montreal's Elite Real Estate Group, we offer full administrative support, leads, marketing tools and systems, a top-notch CRM, training and coaching, and a beautiful Pointe Claire village office space to help you succeed. Our team is dedicated to providing ongoing training and support to help you reach your professional goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Building and maintaining a strong client base
- Marketing and promoting properties to potential buyers
- Negotiating deals on behalf of clients
- Staying up-to-date with the real estate market and industry trends
- Communicating with clients, agents, and other relevant parties throughout the buying and selling process
- Ensuring all transactions are compliant with real estate laws and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Active Quebec real estate license
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Familiarity with real estate technology and marketing tools

Notre équipe d'experts est basée à Pointe-Claire et nous nous consacrons à fournir un service de première classe à nos clients de la région de Montréal. Au Groupe immobilier Elite de Montréal, nous offrons un soutien administratif complet, des leads, des outils et systèmes de marketing, un CRM de première classe, une formation et un coaching, ainsi qu'un beau espace de bureau dans le village de Pointe-Claire pour vous aider à réussir. Notre équipe est dédiée à fournir une formation et un soutien continus pour vous aider à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Responsabilités:

- Établir et maintenir une base solide de clients
- Promouvoir et commercialiser des propriétés auprès de potentiels acheteurs
- Négocier des offres au nom de nos clients
- Se tenir à jour avec le marché immobilier et les tendances de l'industrie
- Communiquer avec les clients, les agents et les autres parties pertinentes tout au long du processus d'achat et de vente
- S'assurer que toutes les transactions sont conformes aux lois et réglementations immobilières

Exigences:

- Licence active québécoise en immobilier
- Fortes compétences en communication, négociation et relations interpersonnelles
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
- Capacité à établir et maintenir des relations avec les clients
- Connaissance des outils et technologies immobiliers et de marketing

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
