experienced Wills & Estates Lawyers

In these roles, you may:

  • Draft wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents
  • Advise clients on trusts, guardianships, and estate structures
  • Manage probate and estate administration matters
  • Liaise with clients, courts, and financial institutions
  • Work in a fast-paced, collaborative legal environment
  • Handle multiple files with professionalism and attention to detail

Ideal candidates will:

  • Have prior experience practicing in Wills & Estates law (1–10+ years)
  • Demonstrate strong communication and client service skills
  • Be organized, detail-oriented, and efficient under pressure
  • Be licensed and in good standing with the Law Society
