SHIPHYPE Fulfillment is looking for a Full-time Marketing Assistant.

About SHIPHYPE Fulfillment

SHIPHYPE Fulfillment is a fast-growing 3PL/fulfillment provider headquartered in Toronto, Canada. We operate warehouses across Canada and the US, providing fulfillment services to DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands.

In simple terms, we store inventory and pack orders for brands that sell products through their websites (Shopify, etc.). Our clients range from startups to established mid-market and enterprise brands.

With growth exceeding 100% year-over-year, we're experiencing strong demand — and now we're looking for a Marketing Assistant to help us level up our brand presence and performance.

About the Position

We're looking for a high-performing, numbers-driven, creative, and resourceful Marketing Assistant who lives and breathes marketing. If you bring your A-game every day, thrive in fast-paced environments, and care deeply about results — this is for you.

You'll support and help execute marketing initiatives that directly impact SHIPHYPE Fulfillment's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Copywriting (videos, emails, website copy, blogs)
  • Brainstorming creative content ideas with potential to go viral
  • Building and managing our YouTube and social media channels
  • Creating guides, resources and tools for clients
  • Create customer journey automations and funnels
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest in the 3PL/logistics space
  • Supporting website updates and improvements
  • SEO/SMM/Email Marketing
  • Creating video content (for website + social media)
  • Ensure everything is done within budget and KPIs are met
  • Studying, identifying, implementing and testing latest marketing trends
  • Ensuring all marketing campaigns are tracked and organized
  • Looking for service providers we can use
  • Regular meetings with upper management for future planning
  • & lots more

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house)
  • Experience assisting with or contributing to marketing campaigns
  • Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and marketing tools
  • Familiarity with SEO, SMM, email marketing, and automation platforms

Work Environment

  • Team of ~30 employees across 4 locations
  • Marketing team currently has 2 members
  • Full-time (8 hours/day as needed)
  • Hybrid setup — in-office 1–2 days/week (flexible)
  • Long-term opportunity (1–5 years)

Pay

  • The pay is $25 per hour.
