Barrie Honda a business unit of the Alpha Auto Group is growing, and we're looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing Fixed Operations team.

Key Responsibilities


• Greet customers and act as their primary point of contact throughout the service process


• Accurately document vehicle concerns and recommend maintenance and repair services


• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers to ensure timely, quality service


• Build strong, long-term customer relationships


• Maintain high CSI standards and follow manufacturer/dealership processes

What We're Looking For


• Previous Service Advisor experience in an automotive dealership


• Honda or Acura experience is considered a strong asset


• Experience with PBS and Xtime is considered an asset


• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills


• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
