Who we're looking for:
In order to deliver on Revenue & ARPU growth for the Rogers Preferred Program (RPP) customer base, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the Base Revenue Management team. The team is responsible for taking a customer focused approach to grow & protect monthly recurring revenue with value plan & hardware offers to deliver optimal Base Revenue performance (BRO).
As a Marketing Manager, this individual will work closely with the RPP business development team and implement revenue growth strategies and programs, utilizing 4P levers to deliver results.
What you'll do:
Responsible to delivering on Base Revenue KPIs: RPP PPC & Renewal Revenue (Volume & Rate) as well as balancing performance and impacts to outflow revenue.Manage KPI performance (interpret & monitor), provide recommendations to maximize performance across all levers and channels; and own the narrative on business results and drive tactics to achieve on targets.Define and execute on account-level strategies & develop quarterly roadmaps that delivers on BPPC, Renewal and Outflow (BRO) targets and optimize performance based on data driven insights.Drive operational efficiency in campaign management and streamline campaign designs focusing on plan and hardware value propositions tailored to customer profile to drive upsell or retention.Design & execute cross-channel programs (proactive and reactive) including tests, always-on campaigns from hypothesis, impact assessment, briefs, refinement, and delivery via strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Partner with channels, with emphasis on digital, to deliver capability enhancements that improves customer experience and improve campaign conversion.Connect & coordinate with Retention team & other Base Revenue Marketing Managers to deliver on CBM objectives & priorities.Collaborate closely with cross functional members both on the Marketing team and interlock teams (finance, sales, brand) to support the overall strategy from a base management perspective.What you have:
Strong passion for the telco industryDeep understanding of customer base management and related customer journeysExcellent business and financial acumen and ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative implications resulting from strategic initiativesTheoretical and practical experience in designing, conducting and measuring customer campaigns/testingExceptional program management skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced and high expectation scenario with many stakeholders spanning all levels including senior leadershipSelf-starter with the ability to quickly learn and understand concepts, multi-task, investigate issues, solve problems, promote efficiency/automation, make decisions, manage processes, and work independently with minimal supervisionStrong storytelling and communication skills to share performance results, learnings from tests, and so-what insightsAbility to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines5+ years of experience in a marketing roleBachelor's degree in business or equivalentExperience in Telecommunications considered an assetStrong MS Excel and PowerPoint experience (SAS and/or Databricks is a nice to have but not required)To protect our people, brand and assets, a pre-employment background check will be conducted.
