Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design – Design digital and print materials (posters, menus, social media assets, in-store visuals) that reflect our brand identity.
- Campaign Management – Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions across multiple store locations.
- Social Media Management – Create and schedule content, engage with followers, and monitor platform performance (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Video Editing & Content Creation – Shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) showcasing our products and store experiences.
- AI-Assisted Content Creation – Utilize tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and other AI platforms to brainstorm ideas, generate visual content, and enhance content creation efficiency.
- Brand Communication – Collaborate with store teams, influencers, and partners to maintain consistent messaging and creative direction.
- Performance Tracking – Monitor analytics and report on campaign effectiveness to optimize future marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or graphic design (experience in food & beverage or retail is an asset).
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, or other creative platforms to support content generation and design ideation.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and storytelling through short-form content.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- A passion for creativity, design, and café culture.
