ProCondo Realty Inc. is actively looking for an experience Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute marketing and advertising plan and strategies of the company.

**Primary Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Advise clients on marketing, advertising or sales promotion opportunities and strategies
- Develop communication strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing and advertising campaigns and implement them
- Develop and maintain social media accounts, including managing customer reviews and testimonials
- Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Web sites and press releases
- Develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies and other events and programs for publicity, fundraising and information purposes
- Act as spokesperson for an organization and answer written and oral inquiries
- Coordinate special publicity events and promotions for internal and external audiences
- Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
- Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity and information programs, materials and sessions
- Gather, research and prepare communications materials
- Initiate and maintain contact with the media

**Qualifications and Requirement**:

- A University Degree or College Diploma is required
- At least 1-year professional experience in marketing and/or advertising occupation.
- Proficient experience in social media marketing, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and preferably with experience in top Chinese social media sites, including but not limited to Tiktok, WeChat, Weibo, and XiaoHongShu
- Professional in adobe illustrator, photoshop, InDesign software
- Preferably with experience in marketing and promoting real estate projects
- Willing to travel domestic and international

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $32.40 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Concord, ON L4K 1S6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
