Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on preventative care, diagnosis, and treatment of dental conditions. This position requires strong clinical skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
- Utilize dental software such as AbelDent for patient records management.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and preventative care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient operation of the practice.
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques as appropriate.
Experience
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus.
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Experience with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology is advantageous.
