The opportunity

At Unity, Senior Recruiters are strategic leaders and domain experts, driving some of the most complex and critical searches across our global business. In this role, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end leadership hiring efforts for Unity's most impactful roles, working autonomously and in close partnership with Senior Management (Director+) stakeholders. You'll shape search strategy, lead high-impact hiring initiatives, and serve as a mentor and trusted advisor across the Talent team.

This is a high-visibility position where your expertise in recruiting operations, strategic decision-making, and market insight will shape the talent landscape at Unity.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for senior-level roles (Staff and Principal), including critical and high-impact searches.
  • Develop inclusive and innovative sourcing strategies that drive cross-functional collaboration among recruiting, compensation, legal, and HR teams.
  • Mentor other recruiters and recruiting operations team members, providing expertise on tools, workflows, and best practices.
  • Lead and deliver high-impact recruiting initiatives and programs regionally and globally.
  • Resolve complex recruiting challenges through strategic thinking, innovation, and close collaboration with global partners.
  • Leverage data and insights to provide market intelligence and influence senior management's (Director+) decision-making on hiring.

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience in search, with a track record of hiring for Senior and management roles in technology companies or top search firms.
  • Ability to lead autonomously with minimal oversight, influencing business stakeholders through data, insight, and trust-based relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of recruiting systems, workflows, and operational excellence, with experience driving team-wide or global process improvements.
  • Proven expertise in mentoring and onboarding team members, as well as leading recruitment-focused projects that increase efficiency or impact.
  • Strong experience with compensation negotiation, offer modeling, and market mapping.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication skills
  • Experience recruiting for roles in emerging technologies such as ML, LLMs, AI.

You might also have

  • Experience leading hiring strategy across multiple global business units.
  • Familiarity with emerging tech senior-level hiring in tech, management, and other areas of professional recruitment.
  • Recognized as a subject matter expert across sourcing, engagement, and inclusive hiring.
