Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Integration Engineer to be the bridge between cutting-edge AI capabilities and our core business operations. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling robust AI solutions, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic workflows. The ideal candidate is a proactive, business-focused engineer who excels at translating complex technical possibilities into tangible business value.
Responsibilities:
- Design & Build Integrations: Architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable integration solutions that connect our AI systems (LLMs, agents) with business-critical platforms like Google Workspace, HubSpot, Snowflake, and other enterprise APIs.
- Deploy & Scale AI Solutions: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of deploying AI applications on Google Cloud Platform, ensuring they are performant, reliable, and cost-effective.
- Develop Data Pipelines: Implement and manage data pipelines in BigQuery and Snowflake to support AI agent augmentation, evaluation, and operational analytics.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, software developers to define integration requirements and deliver end-to-end AI-powered features.
- Troubleshoot & Optimize: Diagnose and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring the high availability and performance of our AI infrastructure.
- Maintain Technical Excellence: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and deployment guides, while staying current with the latest advancements in AI and cloud technologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Core Technical Expertise (Must-Have):
7+ years of experience designing and developing production-quality software systems
- 3-5 years of experience with engineering, AI or LLM's
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly Vertex AI and BigQuery.
- Proficiency in building and deploying AI solutions using LangChain and/or the Google AI Language SDK.
- Experience with agentic frameworks and platforms, specifically AgentSpace.
Strong data integration and warehousing skills using Snowflake.
Additional Technical Skills:
Proficiency in a backend language, preferably Python or
- Solid experience designing, building, and consuming REST APIs.
- Understanding of MLOps principles (CI/CD, monitoring, lifecycle management) for AI systems.
Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., ).
Business & Operational Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
