Job Summary

Guzo Logistix is looking for dependable EV Delivery Drivers to complete daily last-mile parcel delivery routes in Markham, ON. This is an independent contractor driving position with consistent work available 7 days per week. Drivers receive a set daily base rate plus per-package pay.

Compensation

Drivers are paid per completed route based on:

  • Daily base rate: $ completion-based)
  • Per delivered package: $1.00
  • Typical package count: 90–120 packages per day

Example:

If you receive 100 packages and complete 95:

  • 95% of $100 = $95.00
  • 95 packages × $1.00 = $95.00
  • Total daily earnings = $190.00

Most drivers earn $150–$220+ per day, depending on route volume and completion rate.

Schedule

  • Route pickup: 9:00 AM at warehouse
  • Deliveries must be completed by 9:00 PM
  • All undelivered packages must be returned same evening
  • Work available 7 days per week
  • Flexible scheduling: full-time, part-time, casual, seasonal

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick up assigned route packages each morning
  • Deliver packages using the company routing app
  • Maintain accuracy, reliability, and timely deliveries
  • Return any undelivered packages by end of day
  • Maintain communication with dispatch throughout your route

Requirements

  • GST Number required (independent contractor role)
  • Electric vehicle (EV) — sedan or SUV
  • Valid driver's license
  • Smartphone capable of running routing apps
  • Ability to lift/carry packages
  • Strong time-management and customer-service skills

Optional Growth Opportunity

(This is optional and not required for the role)

Experienced contractors may request to take on additional routes and coordinate additional drivers. This option is available only after demonstrating strong performance as a delivery driver.
