Job Summary

Guzo Logistix is seeking dependable Delivery Drivers (Independent Contractors) to complete daily parcel delivery routes in Calgary, AB. Contractors receive steady work, a clear pay structure, and flexible scheduling across 7 days a week.

Compensation

Drivers are paid per completed route based on:

  • Daily base rate: $90.00 (completion-based)
  • Per delivered package: $0.85
  • Typical package count: 90–120 packages per day

Example:

If you receive 100 packages and complete 95:

  • 95% of $90 = $85.50
  • 95 packages × $0.85 = $80.75
  • Total for the day = $166.25

Most drivers earn $140–$200+ per day, depending on volume and completion rate.

Schedule

  • Route pickup at 9:00 AM
  • Deliveries must be completed by 9:00 PM
  • All undelivered packages returned the same night
  • Work available 7 days per week
  • Flexible full-time, part-time, and casual opportunities

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick up daily packages at 9 AM
  • Complete assigned deliveries using the company's routing app
  • Provide accurate and timely parcel delivery
  • Return all undelivered packages by end of day
  • Maintain communication with dispatch as needed

Requirements

  • GST Number required (independent contractor role)
  • Reliable delivery vehicle (sedan or SUV)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Smartphone capable of running routing apps
  • Ability to lift and carry packages
  • Strong reliability, customer service, and time management

High-performing contractors may request additional routes when available.
