INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

  • Ordering and receiving merchandise
  • Balancing inventory levels
  • Managing losses and stock rotation

PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

(e.g., pre-mixing for coated nuts, toppings for exploded cones, gift packaging for merchandising, corporate orders, etc.)

· Calculating necessary production volumes while minimizing waste by applying procedures, norms, and production standards

· Monitoring production quality

· Developing work methods and tools to maximize efficiency

· Empowering the staff

MERCHANDISING

  • Ensuring compliance with planograms for both regular and seasonal merchandise
  • Overseeing proper stock rotation
  • Verifying the accuracy of displayed prices
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales

FINANCIAL RESOURCES

  • Balancing cash registers and safes
  • Managing bank deposits and currency orders

MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT

  • Prioritize and submit appropriate maintenance requests for both equipment and the building.
  • Track assigned work orders and ensure the quality of completed tasks.

COMMUNICATION

  • Regularly communicate with the regional supervisor to stay informed about sales objectives and labor cost targets.
  • Consult with the regional supervisor for advice and suggestions on various aspects of the job.
  • Communicate sales objectives and labor cost targets to the management team.
  • Coordinate and relay information about product launches, promotions, new recipes, and work techniques.
  • Manage customer complaints (Facebook, Léger surveys).
  • Maintain and update the Facebook page of the Store location.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage local sponsorships.
  • Handle corporate requests.
  • Monitor and follow up on workplace health and safety (SST) and MAPAQ compliance files.
