We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Pizza Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas and other menu items, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Duties

  • Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling toppings, and portioning ingredients
  • Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed during food handling and cooking processes
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and prep stations
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and proper storage of ingredients
  • Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed
  • Serve customers with professionalism and a friendly attitude when required
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Experience

  • Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic cooking techniques is advantageous
  • Experience with pizza preparation or working in the food industry is a plus
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
