Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping ingredients and assembling menu items
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during meal preparation
  • Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies
  • Serve customers at the counter or via takeout orders with professionalism and courtesy
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders during peak hours

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
  • Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices
  • Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Passion for the food industry and willingness to learn new skills
