Pirate Pizza Co. at Fisherman's Wharf is looking for hospitality rock stars for the 2025 season. We are open seasonally from March
- October and provide delicious on-the-dock offerings including Pizza, Wings, Panini, Salads, Potato Wedges. Our quick service restaurant also includes a beautiful waterfront Licensed patio where we provide local Beer, Wine, and Cider. Our customer base includes locals and tourists with close proximity to Ogden Point cruise ship terminal.

In addition to your wage, you will receive an equal share of tips for hours worked daily in cash Seasonal range work out to be $10-$15/hour and a free meal shift meal.

**Responsibilities**:

- participate in prep/cooking/cleaning duties under direction of the Kitchen Supervisor and General Manager
- Ability to think on your feet
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and food safety guidelines
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or needs to management

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Experience working in a kitchen or food service environment
- Ability to prepare meals from scratch using various cooking techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently as well as within a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and the ability to adapt recipes as needed
- Familiarity with the food industry and current culinary trends
