Overview

The Practitioner Success Specialist plays a foundational role in ensuring our practitioner network receives exceptional support, education, and communication.

As a Practitioner Success Specialist, you will become deeply familiar with Vykon's brand, tone, and mission. You'll build relationships with our practitioners, learn the fundamentals of both the Account Track (Onboarding & Growth, Account Management) and the Case Track (Case Interpretation, Clinical Research & Education), and handle practitioner inquiries across email, phone, and our CRM system.

You will autonomously manage basic inquiries, participate in complex case discussions, and learn through mentorship and guided escalation. The goal of this position is to prepare you for future specialization, whether that's supporting practitioner business growth or advancing into case and clinical education support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for practitioner communications via email, phone, chat and CRM platforms, ensuring all inquiries are managed with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Triage and resolve practitioner questions, handling routine inquiries independently and escalating complex cases for review or mentorship.
  • Support practitioners through support services, resources and product use knowledge, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all practitioner interactions and follow-ups within internal systems.
  • Participate in case reviews, trainings, and learning sessions to build deeper understanding of both the Account and Case tracks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes, resources, and practitioner communication workflows.
  • Contribute to the Practitioner Success team's overall mission by embodying Vykon's tone, purpose, and commitment to practitioner partnership.

  • Technical background in nutrition with a focus on vitamins, minerals, and associated protocols is an asset.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client communication, health consulting, or practitioner support preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple practitioner relationships.
  • Comfort working with CRM systems, email platforms, and digital communication tools.
  • A collaborative, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset.
