Candidate Requirements

  • Medical degree and valid (or eligible) licence to practise in Ontario

  • Certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) or eligibility through an approved international pathway (MRCGP, MICGP, RACGP, etc.)

  • Excellent clinical acumen and patient-centred approach to care

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
