About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Intermediate Accountant to join our team. In this role, you'll support month-end close, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations. What You'll Do:


•     Prepare and post journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records


•     Complete monthly account reconciliations


•     Support month-end and year-end close processes


•     Assist with financial statement preparation and internal reporting


•     Update and manage fixed asset schedules


•     Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies


•     Support AP/AR tasks when needed


•     Assist with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors


•     Contribute to process improvements and strengthen internal controls

What You Bring:


•     Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a combination of combined education and experience.


•     2–4 years of hands-on accounting experience


•     Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)


•     Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas)


•     Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities


•     Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have:


•     CPA or CPA in progress


•     Experience supporting audits or month-end close


•     Industry-specific experience (optional)
