During project execution, the Schedule Control Lead updates and monitors the schedule, tracks critical path activities, and performs delay analysis and Earned Value Management (EVM) to assess performance. Proactive in identifying risks and proposing recovery strategies, the Project Schedule Control Lead communicates schedule status, risks, and progress metrics to support informed decision-making and keep the project on track.

  • Track critical path activities and notify the project team of any potential delays or issues.
  • Generate weekly and monthly schedule reports, providing updates on milestones, forecasted completion dates, and potential risks.
  • Develop and present detailed progress reports, including Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics to assess project performance.
  • Develop recovery schedules as needed to mitigate project delays, working with stakeholders to identify corrective actions.
