RPG consistently delivers comprehensive planning services to ensure optimal facility functionality.

Role Description

This is a full-time position. The Senior Planner will be responsible for developing and overseeing comprehensive planning projects, including functional programming and master programming/master planning. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their needs, conducting detailed analyses, creating planning documents, and ensuring that project outputs meet client requirements and industry standards. The Senior Planner will also mentor junior planners and contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes within the team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in functional programming, master planning, and project management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in relevant planning and project management software tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in healthcare facility planning is a plus
  • Certification from a recognized planning institute or organization is beneficial
