What You'll Do

As our Chef, you'll be the heartbeat of our kitchen — planning and preparing delicious, nutritious meals and snacks that fuel learning, play, and growing minds. Every plate you serve helps build healthy habits for life.

You'll:

  • Cook up wholesome, kid-friendly meals that meet nutrition guidelines and dietary needs.
  • Plan menus full of variety, color, and creativity.
  • Keep the kitchen running smoothly, managing inventory and food safety standards like a pro.
  • Collaborate with our educators to support children's individual needs and preferences.
  • Inspire curiosity about food and healthy eating — maybe even host a mini "tasting adventure" now and then
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and happy kitchen space.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience as a Chef, Cook, or Kitchen Lead (bonus if you've worked with kids or in schools).
  • Culinary training or certification (a big plus).
  • Knowledge of nutrition and special diets.
  • A dash of creativity and a generous helping of organization.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • A genuine love for children — and for helping them grow strong and healthy.
  • Valid food handling certification and a clear background check.
