What You'll Do:

  • Lead all financial operations, including FP&A, Operations/Supply Chain Finance, AP, AR, Treasury, Tax, and Financial Reporting.
  • Own annual budget and monthly forecasting processes; analyze results and communicate insights to leadership.
  • Maintain a healthy balance sheet, manage cash flow, and oversee credit risk, tax filings, and compliance with corporate policies.
  • Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness through robust processes and controls.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee corporate administration functions such as fleet management, insurance coordination, and office operations.

What Experience You'll Have:

  • Strong technical accounting and financial analysis expertise.
  • CPA designation required.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multi-functional finance teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail and bias for execution.
