About the Role

The Strategic Partner Manager will be responsible for driving growth through Zoom's regional partner ecosystem across Canada. This role focuses on developing and executing business plans with key partners, enabling them to successfully sell, implement, and support Zoom's unified communications and customer experience solutions. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, results-oriented professional with strong relationship management, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute partner business plans to identify and qualify mutually beneficial sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop regional partner teams to strengthen sales capabilities and performance.
  • Design and implement sales and marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and pipeline growth for regional partners.
  • Provide day-to-day partner support, ensuring partners are equipped to sell, implement, and support Zoom's services effectively.
  • Respond to partner inquiries through Zoom meetings, email, webinars, and phone to ensure timely and accurate communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and Technology Service Distributors (TSDs) to assist with partner onboarding, implementation, support, and commission escalations.
  • Understand partner business models and identify how Zoom's solutions enhance their value proposition and customer offerings.
  • Coordinate training, marketing, and enablement programs to strengthen partner engagement and readiness.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to align on company goals and deliver consistent partner experiences.
  • Contribute to the development of sales tools, collateral, and enablement materials that support partner success.
  • Serve as an internal advocate for partners, ensuring their needs are represented and customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Represent Zoom at industry events, trade shows, and partner seminars to promote brand awareness and strengthen relationships.
  • Meet and exceed revenue and performance objectives through effective partner management and execution.
  • Travel up to 50% within Canada and occasionally internationally as required.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management, channel management, or partner development within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • French speaking
  • Proven success in growing large partnerships and achieving sales targets through partner ecosystems.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage C-level executives and key stakeholders within Canadian partners.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver compelling narratives.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to apply technology solutions to business challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$159,200.00

Maximum:

$254,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
