Beepzz is best known for helping Car Dealers, Manufacturers, Body Shops and Suppliers find employees anywhere in Canada, which is a key issue in the industry. The idea started between two entrepreneurs and has been growing steadily since its launch. Now we are ready to continue our growth and bring on a business partner to help scale the business.

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our startup as a Business Development Partner with the potential of becoming a Managing Partner. The right individual will have a unique opportunity to shape the direction and success of our business from the ground up. We are looking for someone with a complementary skill set, Automotive industry experience, a shared vision, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, forging partnerships, and expanding our user base and service offerings. This role requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building and nurturing relationships. Together, with the CEO you will build and scale our venture, leveraging our combined expertise and dedication to achieve remarkable outcomes in the Automotive industry.

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Vision**:

- Collaborate closely with the existing founder(s) to refine and align the vision and mission of the business.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the overall business strategy and growth plans.
- Actively participate in decision-making processes to drive the success and expansion of the company.

**Business Development**:

- Identify and evaluate potential opportunities for strategic partnerships, collaborations, and market expansion.
- Drive business development efforts to acquire new customers, clients, or users.
- Leverage your network and expertise to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.

**Operations and Execution**:

- Work alongside the CEO to ensure effective operational processes are in place.
- Contribute to resource allocation, budgeting, and financial planning efforts.
- Help streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall execution of the business.

**Product and Innovation**:

- Provide valuable insights and input into product development, enhancements, and iterations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to drive innovation.

**Team Leadership and Culture**:

- Help build a strong and motivated team by attracting and retaining top talent.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture that promotes creativity, growth, and a shared vision.
- Lead by example, inspiring and empowering team members to reach their full potential.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in the Automotive industry in Canada.
- Proven track record of entrepreneurial success, preferably with experience in startups.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and identify opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passionate about helping employers in the Auto industry.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to make a significant impact.

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
