As the Specialist/Senior Specialist, Learning Design, you will design and produce high-quality, specialized training solutions to maximize learning outcomes for Aritzia's Academy. THE ROLE
As the Specialist/Senior Specialist, Learning Design, you will:
- Support in selecting the most effective and engaging learning modalities to train our teams
- Effectively apply innovative and brand-propelling design assets to increase the impact of training content, staying up to date with instructional design and adult learning trends
- Apply instructional design to structure sequence learning experiences that guide learners toward achieving desired outcomes
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and manage stakeholder expectations while ensuring business objectives are met
- Design, build, and continuously improve learning programs at the highest quality to support business objectives and achieve the intended experience for our Retail teams
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Specialist/Senior Specialist, Learning Design has:
- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable experience in Learning & Development
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000-$100,000 CAD per year. The final agreed-upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
