Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Customer Support & Workshops Supervisor to join our team in Regina, SK. In this role, you will supervise customer support operations and workshop activities to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include overseeing team performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries and concerns, analyzing operational data to improve processes, and facilitating communication between teams and clients. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory and leadership skills to motivate and manage a team effectively
  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction expertise, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Strong Analytical Skills to identify operational improvements and resolve challenges efficiently
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and clients
  • Problem-solving ability and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities
  • Experience in the aviation or equipment support industry is an asset
  • Proficiency in using fleet management systems or related software is preferred
