Digital Marketing Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence across various online channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and manage full-scale 360° digital campaigns, oversee social and internal digital media platforms, and measure the effectiveness of these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Agency & Activation Management: Act as the key point of contact for media, creative, and digital agencies, ensuring clear briefings, strong collaboration, and timely delivery of all campaign activations
- 360° Campaign Activation: Lead the coordination and execution of integrated 360° digital campaigns, ensuring alignment between paid, owned, and organic strategies in line with Precision Marketing principles and media guidelines.
- Media & Channel Expertise: Oversee the activation of key digital channels including Social, Video, TV, Search, and OOH, working closely with agencies to ensure best practices, innovation, and performance excellence
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Brand, Media, E-commerce, and Regional teams to align objectives, timelines, and execution across all digital initiatives.
- Digital Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business impact.
- Content & Influencer Alignment: Ensure organic content and influencer strategies are aligned and integrated into the annual media and activation plans.
- Media Oversight: Oversee planning, execution, and performance evaluation of media content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- SEO / SEM & Performance Marketing: Coordinate paid and organic search campaigns, working with agencies to optimize performance, traffic, and conversions.
- Website & Digital Ecosystem Support: Support website development, optimization, and maintenance in collaboration with internal teams and external partner.
- Data, Reporting & Insights: Analyze campaign performance using agency reports and digital tools, translating data into actionable insights to optimize current and future activations and assess overall business impact.
- E-commerce Enablement: Collaborate with the e-commerce team to support initiatives that enhance online sales performance and consumer experience.
- Operational & Budget Awareness: Support budget tracking and campaign pacing in collaboration with media and finance teams to ensure alignment with approved plans.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Beiersdorf Canada remains competitive and innovative
Your Profile
Do you possess...
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within beauty, CPG, or consumer goods
- Proven experience planning, managing, and executing digital campaigns across multiple channels, including Social, Search (SEO/SEM), PPC, and CRM/email
- Hands-on experience with key digital tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and common email marketing platforms
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate campaign performance, interpret data, and translate insights into optimization actions
- Experience supporting e-commerce initiatives and understanding digital performance KPIs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross- functionally and with external agencies
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented, with a balance of creative thinking and executional rigor
- Bilingual English/French is an asset, reflecting the bilingual nature of the Canadian market
