We are hiring for a Personal Shopper Team Lead at our Sunwood Save-On-Foods location in Coquitlam, BC.

The successful candidate must have open availability and be available for 40 hours per week.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the quality, freshness, accuracy and on-time completion of every customer order.
  • Leading a team, acting as a coach, mentor, and resource to team members.
  • Fostering a positive environment that is focused on Always Customer First service.
  • Supporting the management team with team member relations.
  • Using knowledge of the community, competitive environment and industry to develop entrepreneurial strategies to grow the business.
  • Taking count of the correct amount of stock.

You have:

  • Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to Go the Extra Mile.
  • Experience in a leadership role (considered an asset).
