, you'll play a key role in protecting the company's
mortgage portfolio
by managing impaired accounts, guiding clients through repayment options, and supporting legal recovery processes.

You'll partner closely with internal legal, finance, and collections teams to minimize risk, maintain compliance, and achieve recovery targets while ensuring fair, transparent client outcomes.

Your Responsibilities
- You'll manage a portfolio of impaired mortgage accounts, ensuring timely and compliant recovery actions.
- You'll conduct financial assessments and negotiate feasible repayment arrangements with clients.

- You'll proactively monitor account performance, identifying risks and proposing recovery strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in mortgage collections, legal administration, or default management.
- Post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing, default law, and real estate recovery processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
