Position: Server

We are seeking experienced, guest-focused Servers who deliver refined, culturally warm, and memorable dining experiences. Our service style blends luxury Okanagan winery dining with Persian hospitality values: generosity, grace, and deep respect for the guest.

As a Server at Azhadi Vineyards, you will guide guests through elevated wine experiences, thoughtful menu storytelling, and precise, polished service.

What You'll Do

Guest Experience & Luxury Standards

  • Deliver warm, respectful hospitality in every interaction
  • Build genuine connections while upholding luxury etiquette
  • Guide guests confidently through menu items and chef's featured selections

Wine Service & Menu Knowledge

  • Present and describe wines with accuracy and confidence
  • Execute tableside wine service according to luxury standards
  • Guide guests through pairings and regional wine stories
  • Maintain deep knowledge of local and Persian-inspired cuisine

Service Excellence & Timing

  • Manage your section efficiently during peak periods
  • Execute precise order taking, pacing, table maintenance, and flow
  • Coordinate seamlessly with support staff, hosts, and leadership
  • Uphold luxury reset, polishing, and service preparation standards

Teamwork & Communication

  • Support the dining room to maintain consistent service
  • Communicate clearly with bartenders, kitchen, and management
  • Assist with closing tasks, restocking, and maintaining a premium dining room

What You Bring

  • 2+ years experience in premium, winery or luxury dining
  • Strong wine knowledge, WSET or willingness to learn at a high level required
  • A warm, composed, and professional service style
  • Ability to confidently guide guests through the menu
  • Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability, accountability, and commitment to team success
