Open Position:

We are seeking an
Assistant Store Manager
to join our
Hazelton boutique
. As Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and be directly engaged with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coach and motivate the sales team, reinforcing product knowledge and sales techniques

· Drive store turnover and customer loyalty through excellent service

· Maintain an in-depth knowledge of ba&sh collections, silhouettes, and brand story

· Ensure the store's visual merchandising and brand image are maintained

· Manage stock, monitor KPIs (sales index, average basket, conversion rate, omnichannel sales), and oversee point-of-sale operations

· Promote and uphold ba&sh's CSR policies daily

Candidate Profile:

· Proven expertise in customer satisfaction and service, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience

· Strong
communication and leadership skills to support team development and foster client relationships

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and lead by example

Prior experience in fashion retail is a must
