Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machinist for Tool and Die to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in reading/interpreting detail drawings & schematics, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics

- Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to ensure precision

- Operate machinery such as lathes, milling machines, grinding and welding equipment

- Fabricate and repair tools, dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures

- Perform maintenance on tools and dies to ensure optimal performance

Experience

- Proven machining experience in a Tool & Die shop is an asset

- Proficiency in machining operations

- Ability to weld, fabricate, and operate various machinery

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
