Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Steel Rule Die Maker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Steel Rule Die making, with the ability to use CNC equipment such as benders. This role is crucial in producing high-quality Steel Rule Dies that meet precise specifications for our production processes.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate and assemble precision Steel Rule Dies and fixtures according to customer specifications.
  • Operate automatic bending machines, grinders, welding, and other CNC equipment to create Steel Rule Dies.
  • Conduct regular maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with programmers and management to improve designs and manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in the Die making processes.
  • Familiarity with fabrication techniques and assembly processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
