We need 2 PM/Delivery Leads, one for each Use Case: Inventory & Pricing and Information Access for a technical support group.

Purpose/Overview

The Delivery Lead manages the end-to-end delivery of AI project pods, ensuring alignment between project milestones and business objectives. Acting as a bridge between business and technology teams, this role oversees day-to-day operations, risk management, and stakeholder communication, driving successful outcomes for AI initiatives.

  • Core Responsibilities
    Act as a translator between business and technology teams
  • Ensure alignment between project milestones and business objectives
  • Define and track project success criteria (KPIs)
  • Lead stakeholder communication and change management activities

  • Manage pod delivery timelines and project milestones

  • Qualifications, Competencies and Key Requirements

  • 5 to 10+ years of experience in project delivery, preferably in AI or digital transformation
  • Experience with Databricks (mandatory)
  • Proven track record in managing complex technical projects (Agile/Scrum/Kanban)
  • Strong business acumen and technical literacy (APIs, data flows, system architecture)
  • Strong experience delivering projects with Azure DevOps (or Jira)
  • Experience with budgeting, cost analysis, and KPI tracking
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Bilingual: French and English, or English only
