Daily Responsibilities:

• Managing onboard process from end to end


• Support recruiters and Sr. recruiters for ad hoc request


• Post req for Sr Recruiters

Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:

Dealbreakers (i.e. education/type of degree? Certifications? Years of experience etc.)

Side note: position A (English and French), position B (ideally English and MAN/CAN, but can be English only, or English and French)


• 2+ years of high volume recruiter experience, agency experience within a fast paced environment (i.e. recruitment within a corporate recruiting for corporate roles)


• Bilingualism (English and French)


• Experience working with senior leaders


• Strong organizational, time management and process management skills necessary to maintain high volume workload; as well as keen attention to detail (accuracy)


• Proven problem-solving skills; analytical and numeric reasoning skills


• Collaboration, work under pressure, quick to adapt

Nice-to-have Skills/Experience and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:


• Workday/Phenom experience


• agency environment recruitment within a corporate recruiting for corporate roles is preferred


• FI experience nice to have


• HR certification


• HR Degree


• Bilingual (Mandarin/Cantonese/English)
